Claudio has been part of entomological researches for the past 10 years. He got hooked by the idea of entomophagy after eating his first grasshopper, and ever since has never stopped trying to find a way to get everyone to enjoy edible insects

We currently sell at two Farmers' Market in the Edmonton are: the University of Alberta Farmers' Market on Thursday, and the City Market Downtown on Saturday.
